Divine Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat)
1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
1-2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (such as erythritol or stevia), to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions:
Blend Until Smooth: Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again until well incorporated.
Keto Strawberry Cheesecake
Quick and delicious sugar free strawberry deliciousness
Crust Ingredients:
2 cups blanched almond flour
1/3 cup unsalted grass fed organic butter
1 Tbsp vanilla
Mix ingredients, and pound dough into a either a springform pan, or use parchment paper in a pan.
Cook for 10 min until golden brown.
Filling Ingredients:
4 cups softened cream cheese
1 1/4 cup powdered monk fruit sweetner
3 eggs
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tsp vanilla
Blend softened cream cheese with sweetener well, add eggs one at a time mixing on medium, add lemon juice and vanilla, mix well and add to cooked crust.
Place back into oven and cook until almost set but still jiggly in the middle as it will set out of the oven.
Topping
Sliced strawberries raw
Optional Topping Ideas
warm strawberries in a pan with lemon juice to make a sauce and pour on top of raw strawberries
Blueberries, blackberries or raspberries
You can also create a cashew cream sauce to pour over berries
Instructions
Preheat over to 350
Beef & Broccoli
Vegan: replace beef with organic non GMO tempe
Ingredients
1 lb sliced steak
large head of organic broccoli, I use the stems as well
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
Green onions for garnish
Marinade
1 tsp grated peeled ginger root
1/4 cup Tamara or coconut aminos
1 clove chopped garlic
Instructions
Slice steak thinly
add the steak to marinade and let sit for an hour
Blanch broccoli for 2 min, drain
In a large work or skillet, heat oil over medium high heat
add the beef and stir fry until browned
Remove from skillet and add broccoli, fry for 3 min then add the marinade and fry for a few minutes
Add th beef and sesame oil, for another few minutes and enjoy
Pepperoni Pizza
There is literally nothing you can't enjoy on a healthy keto diet, and pizza is one of those things
Preheat over to 425
Crust (Pre bake for 6 min)
1 large egg
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan
For fluffier crust add 1 tsp baking powder
For chewier crust add 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Combine ingredients well, knead with hands and form into thin crust on parchment paper and bake for 6 min.
Toppings
Sugar free marinara or pizza sauce spread evenly
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Organic pepperoni or any protein you choose
(if you are vegetarian use tempe)
Veggies: spinach, peppers, artichoke, onion- fill it with whatever you like- go crazy
Bake for 5-7 more minutes, until crispy & golden
Enjoy with a huge side salad with olive oil dressing and pink salt, a glass of kombucha and you have the perfect meal.

Mocha
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp Monk Fruit sweetener or Stevia
Pour ingredients into blender or use frother
