Keto Friendly Blueberry Smoothie
I follow a healthy keto diet and I love a good smoothie and this blueberry smoothie does not disappoint not in flavor or goodness, it is packed full of antioxidants and deliciousness, so enjoy!!
Ingredients
½ cup crushed ice(filtered water)
¾ cup Greek yogurt(sugar free)
1 cup unsweetened almond, hemp, coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
1 scoop Collagen
1 scoop vanilla protein powder( I use sprouted pea protein sweetened with stevia)
Optional
Stevia or Monk fruit sweetener
Spinach
If you don't like blueberries try strawberries, blackberries or raspberries
Blend well and enjoy!!
